Movimientos marks 20 years w/ Chancha via Circuito in London & Bristol

Since its founding in 2005, Movimientos has been one of the UK’s most active Latin American events organisations. Now, to mark two decades at the heart of the scene, it’s bringing a truly emblematic artist for the sound Movimientos has championed over the years.

Coming soon to The Jam Jar (Bristol) on 7 November and Hackney Bridge (London) on 8 November.

About Chancha via Circuito

A pioneer of the Latin American electronic movement, Pedro Canale, aka Chancha via Circuito, is renowned for blending Brazilian rhythms, Paraguayan harps, Andean mysticism, Argentine folklore, and cumbia into a hypnotic experience.

His iconic remix of José Larralde’s “Quimey Neuquén” was featured in the TV series Breaking Bad.

Celebrated as a cult figure in avant-garde electronic circles, Chancha has appeared at major festivals including Mutek Montreal, Roskilde, Sónar, Calvi on the Rocks, and Vive Latino.
