Picture Soukous seamlessly morphing into Champeta, interwoven with influences ranging from Afro-disco to the timeless classics of tropical music like Salsa and Vallenato.
Coming to London for the very first time is DJ Bossingwa. Originally from Cartagena, DJ Bossingwa has been a driving force in promoting Colombian Caribbean and Latin music across Europe for nearly two decades. His vinyl treasures ranges from Champeta, Salsa, Cumbia to Dancehall and Reggaeton.
Hailing from the eclectic musical scene in Barcelona, Colombian DJ Lady Avocado is set to mesmerize the crowd with her vinyl selection of Latin and Tropical beats. Her unique blend will transport you straight to the heart of the Caribbean.
Joining the lineup is the dynamic Stivako, founder of Colombia’s freshest Picó, ‘La Saramuya.’ Stivako spent several months in Barranquilla and has played at numerous parties during the Barranquilla Carnival. Having experienced first hand the joy of las verbenas, he is on a mission to spread the picotero culture all over Europe.
