Wara Live @ Chapel Arts, Bath Fringe Festival

Doors 7.30pm
Join Wara, the young revolutionaries of the UK Latin music scene, live at Chapel Arts as part of the Bath Fringe Festival. The show is part of Wara’s 2013 UK Tour presented by La Linea and the band will be playing tracks from their new genre-defying album "Leave to Remain", effortlessly combining Cuba's most danceable rhythms and styles – Timba, Salsa, Cha-Cha-Cha, Rumba - with contemporary urban elements including Soul, Hip-Hop, Reggae and Jazz. The nine-piece band of musical virtuosos have been packing dancefloors and starting parties on the global scene for the last three years (including Glastonbury, The Big Chill Festival, Secret Garden Party, Barbican's Blaze Festival, The Roundhouse, Ronnie Scott's to name a few). Catch them live to see why they're being hailed as musical revolutionaries by audiences and critics alike.?Supported by the Arts Council, Movimientos and Global Local.
