#FLAWA2020 has prepared a night of non-stopping dance with Ms Nina, a young multidisciplinary artist from Argentina currently based in Spain. She achieved international recognition as a net artist, exhibiting at Junior High (Los Angeles), La Térmica and La Fresh Gallery, one of the most prestigious galleries in Spain. Movimientos is London’s most prolific latin music and events organisation. They are currently celebrating their tenth year. This year alone they have promoted over 30 events, programming over 10 festival stages as well as continuing to release UK based Latin acts music via their Movimientos Records imprint.

Arriba La Cumbia is the brainchild of DJ Russ Jones. It has been a regular promotion at the infamous Passing Clouds venue for the last 7 years, there has been one compilation released under the monicker on Crammed Discs plus it has hosted sessions at Bestival, Roskilde and Paradise Gardens festivals. The night is still stronger than ever and continues to promote the best in Colombian, latino and tropical live bands and regularly has over 400 people in attendance.

Spiritual South specialises in music from Brazil, Latin-America & Africa. Formed in 1999, Spiritual South is the brainchild of Mark Robertson, a DJ, Music Producer and ‘mad about music’ collector. Exposed to a hybrid of music which blurred boundaries between Afro-American music and the rhythms, melodies, and arrangements of Latin America and Africa; Spiritual South has continued to champion music from the hot zones whether it be behind the decks or in the studio - his ethos “creating, exposing and celebrating tropical dance music with musically like-minded, the world over”. As well as his own top releases, Spiritual South has also remixed for every top label around.

Tropical Beats Radio is broadcast every third Thursday of the month on Kilburn to Kensal Radio. Always a must to hear the finest in Afro Beat, Latin Rhythms, Carnival Beats and Tropical Bass. For Muevete expect the finest Latin, Caribbean & Brazilian floor fillers from this duo who’ve been shaking the tropical dancefloors across London for the last two years.
