Selva is ever changing like nature’s forces and inspired by the need to
raise awareness of latin culture and environmental issues we operate
like a magnetic vortex.
We are recruiting people to be involved or come in our special editions of Selva!
Immerse yourself in an interactive world, where folkloric characters
dance and play music in the true spirit of north eastern brazilian
carnival!
Performance with Boi Bumba-Meu-Boi is a folk
theatrical tradition where the tale is told through costume, drumming
and performance involving a bull which dies and is brought back to life.
With live music from FORRO SINCOPADO, LET DRUM BEAT, with LAB
and Movimientos DJs, interactive performance, visuals, costumes and
much more.

LET DRUM BEAT
Let Drum Beat is all about female musicians that have gathered their
vast set of percussion, joining their afro-latin-brazilian heritage to
create their own pieces flavoured by a wide diversity of acoustic sounds
that goes from tiny bells to heavy drums, energetic and paced rhythms,
passing through vocal melodies, bass lines and spontaneous dance.
