Muévete!

18.07.2015
#FLAWA2020 has prepared a night of non-stopping dance with Ms Nina, a young multidisciplinary artist from Argentina currently based in Spain. She achieved international recognition as a net artist, exhibiting at Junior High (Los Angeles), La Térmica and La Fresh Gallery, one of the most prestigious galleries in Spain. Her musical career has made her one of the key figures to understand the Latin rhythms that sound in Europe.

We’re back at Notting Hill Arts Club this time with special guest top European selecta, DJ Inko. He joins host DJ Cal Jader, to bring you a night of sweaty, summer, Latin bliss!

DJ Inko is a remixer and selector from Athens who's been catching our attention with his releases on Carnibal Records and his own killer latin edits and hip hop mash ups. Expect tropical beats with Hip Hop, Funk and Swing, plenty of bootlegs, edits and exclusives in the mix.

DJ Cal Jader brings his usual blend of the finest carnival flavours all the way through from Latin, Afro, Reggae, Ska, Cumbia, Calypso, Soca, and Samba, all with plenty of bass.

PURE TROPICAL PARTY VIBES!! A favourite for Saturday night crowds in West London, Muévete is a monthly fiesta - a pure party version of Movimientos, with a dance floor-slammin' mash up of raw Latin beats and tropical bass. From the rolling Latin rhythms of salsa, cumbia, merengue and Samba to the raw urban flavours of reggaeton, Hip Hop, dancehall, moombahton, baile funk and dutty carnival rhythms, incorporating a healthy dose of African beats and global underground music.

Put simply Muévete translates as 'Move it!' so we're not messing around - straight to the dancefloor!
