Movimientos are back bringing you three more bands at the top of the game. We have Catalonian stars Pepet i marieta, with their infectious ska rhythms, the hot Brazilian rhythms of Tonzee, blown in on a desert wind comes Zonama, plus direct from Mexico, tropical party-starter Borchi brings his dancehall flavors. Movimientos DJs will be connecting the dots in between and keep the place jumping until late.

Jump up Ska, Reggae & Pachanga - Direct from Catalonia
You might have never heard their name, but they are one of the top bands from Barcelona scene at the moment. Influenced by both Mano Negra’s punk-world music and the power pop of Radiohead. Mixing ska, reggae, pachanga or rock, all kinds of styles get in their cocktail as long as they make people shake their butts. And that’s not all, Pepet i marieta are also known by its scenic surprises, choreographies and stripteases
TONZEE
London/Brazilian Tropical Explosion
A band with one foot in London the other in Brazil, Tonzee move seamlessly through genres from samba, novo tropicalia to reggae, rock and drum ‘n’ bass. members, Fernando Machado (vocals, guitar), Alba Cabral (vocals, percussion), Will Roberts (drum kit) and Enrique Galassi (double-bass) are on the top of their game. With uplifting tracks tinged with a tropical flavor there’s plenty to swing your hips to.
ZONAMA
Psychedelic Afro-Rock & Desert Blues
Zonama sees a fusion of Afro-rock, Psychedelia and Desert Blues which draws on current and past Malian sounds, 60s/70s Garage, Zamrock, and Hendrix and Zeppelin inspired riffs. Born in 2014, the South East London Trio will be recording their long awaited debut EP this winter. Expect wailing solos and hypnotic basslines, soaring choral vocals and addictive beats, elaborate outfits and lots of noise.
BORCHI
Tropical Sampledelia & Dancehall Rhythms
One of the growing names within the global bass and new latin electronic music scene in Mexico, Borchi combines tropical sampledelia and dance-hall rhythms with serious freestyle energy. His productions, remixes, and DJ sets are full to bursting with jungle percussion and textures similar to the likes of Chancha Vía Circuito and Debruit. A key member of www.cassetteblog.com and in the UK representing Mexico for Red Bull Music Accadamy, Borchi is one to keep an eye on. Never losing sight dancefloor, Borchi will having you sweating and swaying to his heavy bombastic rhythms.
