#FLAWA2020 has prepared a night of non-stopping dance with Ms Nina, a young multidisciplinary artist from Argentina currently based in Spain. She achieved international recognition as a net artist, exhibiting at Junior High (Los Angeles), La Térmica and La Fresh Gallery, one of the most prestigious galleries in Spain. Experience the cream of London's global underground scene: original live NEW music and dancing mayhem with a rebellious Latin spin. Local Brixton crew 7Suns headline, drawing on African, Latin and Caribbean rhythms for a heavyweight slice of guitar and brass led jazz funk grooves. Tribo is an authentic live Brazilian experience from Salvador (Bahia), in the northeast of Brazil. The band mixes up a sure-fire cocktail of samba-reggae with influences from Timbalada, Olodum, Muzenza and Magarete Menezes. More Like Trees bring their new genre, dubbed “Strum & Bass”, to the Hootananny stage. The three piece band combine elements of flamenco, drum & bass, classical, hip hop, indie, dance and folk to create a fresh new sound. DJ Subculture Sounds fires up the decks with tunes, from Latin, to Balkan, to Western African and Jamaican, as well as hip-hop and house. Movimientos: Join the Movement.

MORE ABOUT THE MUSIC:

7SUNS is a group of London-based musicians whose music is a heady blend of Afro, Latin, Carribean, Funk, Jazz & Rock. This purely instrumental group's strong melodies and up-tempo rhythms are played with a deliciously danceable quality. Founding member and composer Jay Furnival draws his eclectic style from the carnival culture that surrounded him growing up on the council estates of Brixton. Not to miss.
