The brainchild of percussionist Julian Arenas aka July Moro from Cali, Colombia with a big band joined by the cream of Latin musicians in London playing original music and celebrating their first album release “Buscando un Sentido” full of heavyweight Salsa, Guaguanco, Cha cha cha, and Descarga made with much love and talent with a little help from his friends.
MANGO JUICE SESSIONS
On the second Thursday of the month Movimientos hosts a tropical themed dance party Mango Juice Sessions presenting the cream of the Latin bands from London’s Latin dance scene and beyond. From Salsa and Cumbia to Afro-Latin, Brazilian Jazz, Funk and way beyond – anything that makes you want to let loose and dance. With Cal Jader and guests on the decks in between and after come ready to get on the good foot and listen to some of the finest tropical sounds around.
