Formed in Barcelona, Las Forasteritas has carved out a space where celebration becomes resistance. Their live set brings together vocals, zapateo footwork and migrant storytelling to push boundaries and open doors for new diasporic voices across Europe. The band has performed in renowned venues across Spain and toured in countries such as France and Austria.
Their performance at The Jago marks their UK debut and the bold new chapter for the band. Following their debut EP Huaynos Migrantes (2024), Las Forasteritas unveil fresh material and an expanded live show blending visuals, choreography and a colourful stage presence that bridges ancestral sounds with modern influences.
Expect a night of Andean rhythms, migrant storytelling and unapologetic celebration — a journey from the highlands to the heart of London’s multicultural East.
