We're back for our monthly residency at Brixton’s legendary Hootananny bringing some of the best of London’s Latin music scene to warm those wintery cockles! Conjunto Sabroso will be heating up the stage with a blast of live salsa, boogaloo, cumbia & merengue, alongside NÓMADE’s funk-filled Afro-Latin fusions and Movimientos DJs keeping the dancefloor grooving all night.

One of London’s most established and popular Latin bands, Conjunto Sabroso are renowned for their authentic swing and lively stage presence, featuring vibrant horns and powerful percussion, they play a mix of salsa, boogaloo, cumbia & merengue. Led by outstanding multi-percussionist Wilmer Sifontes from Venezuela, and fronted by charismatic Colombian singer Luz Elena Caicedo, the band has brought together some of the most experienced musicians in the Latin scene, to produce their own distinctive and original sound.
NÓMADE
Funk-Filled Afro-Latin Fusions
Aldo Couceiro is an Argentinian born and raised musician. Around August 2017, after working for a year and a half as a session guitar player for some bands of the London scene, he decided to start his own project called NÓMADE, an instrumental trio (guitar, bass and drums) playing a fusion of Funk, Afrobeat, Reggae/Dub, Blues and Latin grooves.
