Aleh Ferreira

25.10.2019
#FLAWA2020 has prepared a night of non-stopping dance with Ms Nina, a young multidisciplinary artist from Argentina currently based in Spain. She achieved international recognition as a net artist, exhibiting at Junior High (Los Angeles), La Térmica and La Fresh Gallery, one of the most prestigious galleries in Spain. Her musical career has made her one of the key figures to understand the Latin rhythms that sound in Europe.
Brazilian singer-songwriter Aleh Ferreira, best known as the frontman of legendary Brazilian funk band Banda Black Rio, will be bringing his band to Brixton alongside an additional horn section packing an extra punch into some of those Banda Black Rio tunes and Aleh’s own unique samba soul sound.

His warm, distinctive voice, samba-funk fusion grooves and lyrics that celebrate Afro-Brazilian heritage have earned him a career spanning three decades across the globe and collaborations with many of the top names in Brazilian music. Don’t miss what’s sure to be a masterclass in Brazilian funk & soul.

And DJs Junior Otamon, La Ursa & Kika will be moving through all things tropical and Afro-Latin to keep the dancefloor vibing all night.
