Ahead of various festival appearances around the UK including Glastonbury DJ Cal Jader hosts the monthly fiesta frenzy that is Muévete with it's original formula of uptempo Latino-Caribbean-Tropical soundclash vibe where classic rhythms get bastardised and twisted up for the modern dancefloor. He's joined by Mr Toé / DJ Subversivo - DJ and producer from one of Latin America's hottest underground labels Konn Recordings. Originally hailing from Chile, now residing in Colombia he's at the forefront of the new Tropical Bass movement. Look out for? plenty of Afro-House, Kuduro, Electro-Caribe, Altiplano Bass, new wave Cumbia and digital Reggaeton and expect to reach cosmic dimensions of dancefloor mayhem as the word Toé also means a plant type used as a hallucinogen by Amazon shamans in certain religious and magic ceremonies.
PURE TROPICAL PARTY VIBES! A favourite for Saturday night crowds in West London, Muévete is a monthly fiesta - a pure party version of Movimientos, with a dance floor-slammin' mash up of raw Latin beats and tropical bass. From the rolling Latin rhythms of salsa, cumbia, merengue and Samba to the raw urban flavours of reggaeton, Hip Hop, dancehall, moombahton, baile funk and dutty carnival rhythms, incorporating a healthy dose of African beats and global underground music.
Put simply Muévete translates as 'Move it!' so we're not beating around the bush - straight to the dancefloor!
