Role: Communications Coordinator
Reporting to: Director & Operations Lead
Contract Type: Freelance. Open to 1 day a week or 2 half days.
Length of contract: 3 months with potential for renewal
We offer a flexible and remote working policy. Core office days are Mon and/or Wed, subject to availability.
Remuneration: £14.5 per hour (our work day is 7 hours)
Terms: This is a freelance contract, and the post-holder is responsible for their own tax and
insurance.

The role
This exciting new role is to coordinate the communications for our shows, and creative engagement. Reporting to the Director and Operations Lead. This will involve coordinating campaigns, alongside delivering impactful email communications and managing our social media account.The successful candidate will be a creative communicator, comfortable managing multiple projects with competing timelines, working across the marketing mix.
Job purpose
Support the team in delivering aspects of the Comms strategy and campaigns. Responsible for coordinating and delivering campaigns, email marketing, and some social media presence. The role will work collaboratively with the Director and Marketing consultant team to help devise creative campaigns and content ideas. There is scope to make the role your own and bring new perspectives and ideas.
